Los clientes minoristas reciben una garantía de 100% de satisfacción con el producto. Dentro de los primeros treinta (30) días a partir de la fecha de compra, un cliente minorista puede (a) obtener un reemplazo de cualquier producto defectuoso; o (b) cancelar su compra, devolver el producto y obtener un reembolso completo. En todos los casos, se requerirá aviso adecuado, comprobante de compra y devolución del producto, dentro de las fechas establecidas, al vendedor original. FLP se reserva el derecho de rechazar devoluciones repetitivas.
Cuando los productos de FLP sean adquiridos de, o a través de, un Distribuidor de FLP, ese Distribuidor es principalmente la parte responsable por la satisfacción del cliente, al cambiar el producto o rembolsar el dinero. En caso de disputa, FLP determinará los hechos y resolverá el asunto. Si FLP hace entrega de dinero en efectivo, lo mismo será cobrado a los Distribuidores de FLP que se beneficiaron con la venta del producto.

Retail customers receive a 100% product satisfaction guarantee. Within the first thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, a retail customer may (a) obtain a replacement for any defective product; or (b) cancel your purchase, return the product for a full refund. In all cases, adequate notice, proof of purchase and return of the product, within the established dates, to the original seller will be required. FLP reserves the right to refuse repetitive returns.
When FLP products are purchased from or through an FLP Distributor, that Distributor is primarily responsible for customer satisfaction by exchanging the product or refunding the money. In the event of a dispute, FLP will determine the facts and resolve the matter. If FLP delivers cash, the same will be charged to the FLP Distributors who benefited from the sale of the product.
